Our Customer Experience Centre uses advanced technology and skilled advisors who quickly address queries for Hollard Insurance and Hollard Life. Located at Capital Place, Airport Residential Area, it handles claims and policy updates in English, Twi, Ewe, and Hausa.

The unit executes the following tasks:

  • Advise customers on Hollard’s services or products
  • Help to resolve customer complaints
  • Assist in the renewal of expired motor insurance policies
  • Remind customers about the expiration of their policies
  • Advise customers who have unsuccessfully been deducted with alternative ways of payment
  • Performs KYC and updates customer information in the system
