We are doing Good. Insurance is a social enabler, and as a vibrant company that is purpose-driven, we believe in doing well by doing good. Our purpose is to “enable more people to create and secure a better future”, and to do this effectively, we think beyond profit-making to give back to the communities in which we operate. A key enabler of social impact at Hollard is an awareness that we are increasingly responsible to the communities in which we operate. We understand that we need to be deliberate about our social and environmental impacts and how we spend our money. Here are some of our projects:
We have reached many Ghanaians virtually with resource persons within and outside the industry. Our series reaches out to secular Ghanaians, and our virtual platforms are full during such webinar sessions. We also make excellent use of social media to enlighten as many as we can. We can only say that “We Do Well by Doing Good.”
Considering the low penetration of insurance in the country and as an influential industry player, there was a need to improve financial and insurance education awareness.
June is dedicated to knowledge sharing across platforms, helping the public understand how insurance works and various products.
